Anne Beschnett, MLIS, is an Assistant Librarian and serves as a liaison to the School of Public Health and the Allied Health programs.  Anne also coordinates outreach activities with unaffiliated users such as consumers, public librarians, and health professionals.  Anne's outreach activites focus on consumer health information, and she earned the Medical Library Association's Consumer Health Information Specialization in 2010.  Anne holds a B.A. in Classics from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota, a MLIS from Dominican University (through the College of St.Catherine in St.Paul, MN) in River Forest, Illinois, and received the Certificate in Core Concepts from the University of Minnesota's School of Public Health in 2011.  Anne started her library career in 2006 as a library assistant in the Technical Services department at the Bio-Medical Library.
