All three floors of the Bio­-Medical Library have Study Spaces dedicated to individual and group work.  Find group study rooms, collaborative computing areas, and individual study pods to support focused work. 

Group Study Areas

The Bio­-Medical Library has 18 group study rooms available to reserve. Group study rooms are available on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the library.

Reservations

Students, staff and faculty may reserve a group study room online for two hours per day per person up to two weeks in advance.

Group Study Room Features

  • All group study rooms have white boards and markers. 
  • Room 220 features a presentation screen.
  • Room 207 offers additional media equipment, including a DVD player and a VCR.  (This room is not available for reservations.)

Individual Study Areas

Need some quiet space to help you concentrate? No problem! Quiet study areas with chairs and tables can be found on the each floor of the library.  

Our 4th floor has individual study pods with power and wireless access for your focused, no-interruption study needs.

Reserve a Group Study Room today!

  • Available up to two hours per day per person, up to two weeks in advance.
  • Priority is always given to groups of two or more. Single users - even those with reservations - may be asked to move.
  • Spaces revert to first-come, first-served if not claimed within 15 minutes.
  • Spaces must be returned to the state in which they were found.
