Tech Space Reservations

Complete the form below to reserve technology-enabled spaces within the Bio-Medical Libray. Reservations are open to UMN faculty, staff and students. 

Reservations for the 1:Button Video Production Studio can be made through the 1:Button Studio Reservation site.

Group study room reservations can be made through the Group Study Spaces site.

Date and Time of Reservation

Reservations are made at a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations can be made for up to 4 hours at a time. You will receive a response within 24 hours during the work week (Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.).

Library Assistance
Provide information about the type of support you need (i.e. equipment, software) and if any subject expertise is required (i.e., public health, nursing). Assistance is dependent upon staff availability.

Instructions 
Items placed on Course Reserve will be drawn from the University Libraries' collections. Private copies will be accepted if items in our collection are unavailable, out of print or if additional copies are necessary. Items are removed from Course Reserve at the end of each semester, unless otherwise requested. Private copies not picked-up one month after end of the semester will be considered a donation to the library.
