Erinn Aspinall has been the Strategic Initiatives Librarian and Communications Coordinator at the Health Sciences Libraries since 2015, and has worked at HSL since 2007. In this role, Erinn provides support for the HSL's strategic projects, including short- and long-term facilities planning as well as fiscal planning for the libraries' operations and endowment budgets.  As the Communications Coordinator, Erinn increases the visibility of the library's innovative work by managing the content of the HSL's three websites, writing news articles, coordinating the library's social media efforts, and preparing strategic communications.

Erinn has spent her career - and found her home - in health sciences libraries, working at the University of Michigan, the University of New Mexico, and the National Library of Medicine at the National Institutes of Health. She has published on topics related to outreach and research impact.

BA with dual majors in Spanish and Linguistics, University of Michigan.

MSI University of Michigan School of Information, with specialization in Library and Information Services.
